Williams Who Dat Snoballs & Food

I’m Brandy Williams – born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. My family moved to Alabama in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina destroyed our city and home.

After living in Birmingham for years, I started to miss cooling off with a good ole’ New Orleans snoball. So it was only natural that I went back to my roots and decided to share a piece of my home with the Birmingham community.

What makes a New Orleans snoball so special? Unlike a snow cone that is extremely hard and crunchy, a New Orleans style snoball is very soft and fluffy. It is a refreshing, sweet confectionery that will literally melt in your mouth.

In addition to snoballs, we also share our homemade Louisiana cuisine: etouffee, crawfish nachos, gumbo and beignets.
