Welcome to Wallace Homestead! We are Vince and Karen Wallace living in Fosters, Alabama. Formerly known as Miss Emily’s Tomatoes, we spent several years growing hydroponically. Over the years, we’ve grown to include specializing in honey bees and more traditional homesteading.
