The Greek Kouzina began in 2015 serving Greek pastries and has expanded to appetizers and entrees. The idea came after gifting friends with pastries and their excitement showed there was a need for Greek food in Birmingham.

Specializing in homemade Greek pastries and appetizers using recipes from generations of family in Sparta, Greece. Fanoula puts her special touch on each pastry and appetizer that goes in the oven.
