Carefully crafted in her cramped kitchen in Port Arthur Texas, Ernestine “Maw Maw” Subia, hand rolled pork tamales for family and friends. Her love for cooking great food was only surpassed by her love for her family. The one dish that brought us all together were her delicious tamales, especially during the holidays. We strive to bring this love of food and family to you through It’s Tamale Time.
After hurricane Michael we relocated to Phenix City, Alabama where we sell them at our restaurant, It’s Tamale Time.
