When I was vegan, it was incredibly difficult to find desserts that were affordable and tasted like the traditional desserts I used to eat, and I hated that because I’m a big dessert person. I’ve developed vegan cookie recipes that taste so good you wouldn’t know they’re vegan, and I want to share them with other vegans who otherwise have lackluster dessert options at retail stores.
