Originally from Montgomery, AL, our Executive Chef, Alanna M. Dennis, is a 2004 Cum Laude graduate of the International Le Cordon Bleu program. She is also a 1998 graduate of Alabama A&M University, which is where she was initiated into Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Alanna has worked in a number of professional & pastry kitchens across Central Florida including the UCF Radisson, & Gaylord Palms Resort, also working with various catering companies at major events, such as the Disney Golf Classic.
Alanna’s Gourmet focuses on producing the highest quality product possible utilizing locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Gourmet foods demand higher quality ingredients. As an experienced chef, Alanna employs a variety of cooking and mixing methods to carefully layer a variety of flavors to create mouthwatering deliciousness!
