Specializing in homemade Greek pastries and appetizers using recipes from generations of family in Sparta, Greece. Fanoula puts her special touch on each pastry and appetizer that goes in the oven. Fanoula was born and raised in the South in a large Greek family. She has always enjoyed her Greek culture and family’s love of cooking. She had given her food to family and friends as gifts, and was often asked to make larger quantities for special occasions. Hence, the beginning of The Greek Kouzina!
