Meet Fanoula:
Fanoula Gulas comes from a Greek family that had large gatherings with traditional Greek foods, so she learned early about the love of family, food, and hospitality. After marrying into a large Greek family, the Gulas’ are known for their restaurants. She perfected some of the recipes that had been passed down for generations. When she shared her pastries with others, people always asked if they were sold anywhere. So Fanoula started “The Greek Kouzina“, specializing in homemade Greek food items. She truly enjoys her business, because she loves sharing her culture and its delicacies.
