Our friends at Les Dames d’Escoffier, Birmingham Chapter are taking over demos In The Kitchen each Saturday in September.
The Dames will be spotlighting top women in food, beverage, and hospitality in our community!

Meet Dulce:
Dulce Rivera is a key figure in Central Alabama’s Hispanic community, using the connections forged through her family’s supermarket Mi Pueblo to promote inclusion and celebrate culture. She currently serves as a board member for Fiesta!, Alabama’s largest celebration of Hispanic heritage, partners with other festivals such as Day of the Dead and does outreach through the Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama.
