🚜...This winter's work includes continuing to repair green houses + reinforcing high tunnels, in addition to their prep for a promising spring + summer.
✨This year, Ireland Farm's winter season harvest includes: salad greens + root veggies like beets, radishes, carrots + turnips, brassicas, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage + herbs.
