Mix half of the flour with the corn meal. Beat the eggs with a little water. Bread the tomato slices, first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the corn meal mix. Fry until crips in hot oil. Drain on paper towels. Serve topped with peach chutney and topped with crumbled goat cheese. It is also good as a sandwich with a slice of ham and a little sour cream dressing.
Mix all ingredients and allow to mariniate overnight in the refigerator. THe chutney can be made spicy with the addition of either pepper sauce of jalapanos.
